Licensed educators or teachers with classroom experience
Individuals with specialty education training or certifications
Coaches, mentors, or professionals with youth leadership experience

Teaching license or formal credentials are welcome — but not required.

You’ll lead hands-on activities, support character-building experiences, and work alongside a passionate team during our Upgraded Summer Program.

Looking for a summer job that’s actually fun and meaningful?
As an Assistant Adventure Guide, you’ll support TREK’s Lead and Adventure Guides during hands-on, outdoor programming that helps kids build confidence, teamwork, and real-world skills. You’ll help run games, activities, and adventures — all while spending your summer outside, gaining leadership experience, and being part of a positive, high-energy team.
This role is ideal for younger staff who enjoy working with kids, love being active outdoors, and want a first leadership job that builds real experience (not just a paycheck).
You’ll work closely with Lead Guides and the Director during TREK’s Upgraded Summer Program, receiving guidance, mentorship, and support along the way.
This is a 1099 Position.
Designed for high school–aged team members (typically ages 14–18).
We are an independently funded start up.
We anticipate compensation and jobs to grow as we grow.
