WHERE CONFIDENCE, CHARACTER, AND CONNECTION TAKE ROOT.

At Rocky Mountain Cotillion, we equip young people with the social skills and self-awareness they need to feel
confident, kind, and capable in any setting. Our modern approach to etiquette helps kids grow into themselves—
learning how to hold a conversation, show up respectfully, and carry themselves with quiet confidence
(and maybe even a few dance moves, too).

We believe etiquette isn’t about being perfect—it’s about being thoughtful, polished, present, and at ease. Through engaging, age-appropriate instruction, we help students navigate everything from first impressions to formal dinners with authenticity and grace.

This is timeless social education—reimagined for today’s families, in the heart of the Rocky Mountains and is a multi-level cotillion program designed for continued growth over time.

Broken down into a 3 part series, our program builds on lessons and skills learned during each series.

What is cotillion anyway?

At its core, Cotillion is about learning how to thrive in social situations—whether it’s a formal dinner, school dance, or future job interview. We teach kids the art of introductions, conversation, dining manners, and how to carry themselves with respect and confidence.

In a world of swipes and screens, Cotillion with TREK helps kids navigate face-to-face interactions with ease. Because knowing how to confidently enter a room, start a conversation, or politely decline seconds at dinner? That’s real-world magic.

Bonus? They’ll also learn some classic dance steps along the way—because why wouldn’t you want to know how to twirl with style?

How do the Levels Work?

Rocky Mountain Cotillion is designed as a three-level series that grows with your teen over time. Each level builds on the last, allowing participants to practice and refine their social skills as their confidence and maturity develop.

Level 1 focuses on the fundamentals—first impressions, conversation, basic manners, and comfort in social settings.

Level 2 builds independence, helping participants handle real-world social situations with greater ease and responsibility.

Level 3 is the capstone experience, emphasizing polished presence, leadership, formal dining, and elevated social expectations.

Participants may begin at the level that best matches their age and experience, and many families choose to return year after year as skills deepen. Each level stands on its own, while also preparing participants for what comes next.

Erica Bull

With nearly two decades of experience as a wedding planner, Erica developed a deep understanding of social etiquette, polished presentation, and the importance of confident communication—skills that shine in both formal settings and everyday interactions. Her background in managing high-pressure, high-profile events gave her an innate appreciation for the grace and poise that help people feel at ease in any environment.

After becoming a mother, Erica’s focus naturally shifted from planning elegant affairs to shaping the lives of her own children. She quickly recognized the growing challenges young people face today—social anxiety, shifting friendships, the influence of social media, and the pressures of fitting in. What she also saw was a clear opportunity to equip children with the timeless social skills that serve as a foundation for self-assurance and meaningful connection.

Now, Erica brings her years of experience and her heart for mentorship to Rocky Mountain Cotillion, where she helps guide young people toward confident, respectful, and emotionally intelligent adulthood. Her mission is simple yet impactful: to make social skills relevant, approachable, and empowering for today’s youth.

Rocky Mountain Cotillion is designed to help young people grow into thoughtful, respectful, and socially confident individuals—ready to contribute meaningfully to their families, friendships, and communities.
